Meanwhile, after low-scoring totals in their previous three matchup, Valley View brought some dynamite into their most recent match. They blew past Honesdale 6-0 on Monday. That six goal margin sets a new team best for Valley View this season.

Delaware Valley's loss dropped their record down to 8-6-3. As for Valley View, with the win, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 8-9.
