Volleyball Recap: Yanahni Hatwaizika and Clara Conner Secure Win for Principia

Principia won the last time they faced McCluer North and things went their way on Saturday too. The Panthers walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Stars. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Principia was: they took both sets by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-7.

Leading Principia to victory were Clara Conner and Yanahni Hatwaizika. Conner had eight digs and one assist, while Hatwaizika had three assists and two aces. That's the most assists Hatwaizika has posted over her last six contests.

Principia's win bumped their record up to 9-3-3. As for McCluer North, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.
