Volleyball Recap: Ferris Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Ferris lost against Post Falls back in September of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Saxons came up short against the Trojans, falling 3-0. The Saxons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Ferris took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-21, 25-23.

Post Falls was led to victory by Claire Ziegler and Lucy Carr. Ziegler had five digs and three aces, while Carr had seven digs and three aces. That's the most aces Ziegler has posted over her last six matches.

Ferris' loss dropped their record down to 3-6-1. As for Post Falls, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Ferris will face off against Shadle Park at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Post Falls, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Timberline on the 3rd.
