Volleyball Recap: Wade Hampton Comes Up Short

Wade Hampton extended their losing streak to three on Monday, dropping them down to 2-9. They lost 3-0 to the Eastside Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

As for Eastside, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-9. They not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since September 17th (when they won 3-0).

Van Lang Vo was the offensive standout of the matchup as he had ten digs. Those ten digs gave him a new career-high.

Wade Hampton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Travelers Rest on the 15th. As for Eastside, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Dorman on the 15th.
