Softball Recap: St. Mary's Prep Takes a Loss

St. Mary's Prep couldn't beat South Lyon on Saturday even though they stacked four runs on them in the fifth inning. The Eaglets came up short against the Lions, falling 11-4. The Eaglets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

St. Mary's Prep's loss dropped their record down to 7-7-1. As for South Lyon, they pushed their record up to 14-6 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Coming up, St. Mary's Prep will be playing at home against Millington at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for South Lyon, they have already played their next game, a 7-0 defeat against Stevenson on the 10th.
