Baseball Recap: Harmony Takes a Loss

Harmony came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Hernando Leopards, falling 8-1.

Harmony got a good showing from Riley Bonini, who tossed 3.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. The Longhorns are 4-2 when Bonini allows one or fewer earned runs, but 4-5 otherwise.

Harmony's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Hernando, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season.

Harmony will challenge Melbourne Central Catholic at 4:30 p.m. on the 26th. As for Hernando, they will take on Lecanto at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
