Sandburg came tearing into Saturday's game with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Wheaton North Falcons by a score of 2-0. The Eagles were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Falcons, so the Eagles were just returning the favor.

Jeremiah Aro paced Sandburg's offense, picking up 11 kills. Aro got some help from Easton Donausky and his 22 assists. Ethan Cleofe controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Sandburg's win bumped their record up to 13-2. As for Wheaton North, they moved to 13-6 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Sandburg didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Oswego on the 19th. As for Wheaton North, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Glenbrook North on the 19th.
