Soccer Recap: Florence Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Florence's offense. They fell just short of the Decatur Red Raiders by a score of 1-0 on Monday. Florence have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Florence's loss dropped their record down to 6-5-2. As for Decatur, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7-3 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Florence will take on East Limestone at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Decatur, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Priceville at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
