Basketball Game Preview: Northeast Vikings vs. Seffner Christian Crusaders

Having just played yesterday, the Northeast Vikings will jump right back in to play the Seffner Christian Crusaders at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Northeast is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Boca Ciega on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Northeast had to suffer through a 83-41 loss at the hands of Boca Ciega. The loss continues a trend for the Vikings in their matchups with the Pirates: they've now lost three in a row.

Meanwhile, Seffner Christian came up short against Winthrop College Prep Academy on Friday and fell 74-63.

Seffner Christian now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Northeast, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-9.
