Basketball Recap: Pallotti Takes a Loss

Pallotti lost against St. Frances Academy back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Pallotti Panthers were beaten by the St. Frances Academy Panthers 83-42. The contest marked Pallotti's lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Pallotti has traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season. As for St. Frances Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which lines up perfectly with their 20-5 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pallotti will host John Carroll at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. John Carroll knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past five contests -- so hopefully Pallotti likes a good challenge. As for St. Frances Academy, they will challenge Mount St. Joseph at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
