Volleyball Recap: Gallatin's Win on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Gallatin had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came out on top against the Summertown Eagles by a score of 2-0. For the Green Wave, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 win the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2024.

Gracie Hibdon paced Gallatin's offense, picking up eight kills. Hibdon really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with ten. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Gallatin's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Summertown, they now have a losing record of 1-2-1.

Gallatin didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Eagleville on the 23rd. As for Summertown, they will square off against Lawrence County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
