Kern Valley won the last time they faced McFarland and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Broncs walked away with a 3-1 win over the Cougars. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Broncs.

The victory didn't come easy: McFarland scored at least 22 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 21-25, 28-26, 25-22.

Kern Valley's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for McFarland, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Coming up, Kern Valley will take on Foothill at 6:30 p.m. on September 4. As for McFarland, they will challenge California City at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
