Volleyball Game Preview: Grand Junction Central Warriors vs. Durango Demons + How To Watch

Grand Junction Central is 1-9 against Durango since April of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Warriors will square off against the Demons at 6:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Grand Junction Central came up short against Montrose on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-6, 25-10.

Meanwhile, Durango lost 3-0 to Montrose on Saturday. The Demons have struggled against the Red Hawks recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-16, 25-23.

Grand Junction Central's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Durango, their loss dropped their record down to 6-13.

Grand Junction Central suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Durango when the teams last played back in September. Can the Warriors avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
