Meanwhile, Edwards County didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Gallatin County on Monday, but they still walked away with a 44-40 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lions.

Wayne City's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Edwards County, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Wayne City might still be hurting after the 64-42 defeat they got from Edwards County in their previous matchup back in January. Can the Indians avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
