Baseball Recap: Quincy Notre Dame Takes a Loss

Quincy Notre Dame lost against Illini West back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Raiders came up short against the Chargers, falling 10-2. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Quincy Notre Dame saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bradi Lahr, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Quincy Notre Dame's defeat dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Illini West, they pushed their record up to 15-6 with the win, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Quincy Notre Dame will head out on the road to challenge Clopton/Elsberry at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Illini West, they will take on Farmington at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
