Football Game Preview: Hinton Comets vs. Crescent Tigers + How To Watch

Hinton is preparing for their first district matchup of the season on Friday. They will square off against the Crescent Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Hinton is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Hinton's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Thomas-Fay-Custer on Friday. They took a blow against the Terriers, falling 46-0.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Crescent challenged Mooreland on Friday. The Tigers simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Bearcats 43-8.

Hinton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Crescent, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Hinton took their victory against Crescent when the teams last played back in September of 2024 by a conclusive 30-6 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Comets since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
