Centennial proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by seven) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Long Reach Lightning a 1-0 shutout. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Lightning back in April, they had to take a 7-5 defeat.
