A&M Consolidated blew Anderson out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Friday Anderson got their revenge. The Tigers fell just short of the Trojans by a score of 42-40. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (38), the Tigers still had to take the loss.

Despite the loss, A&M Consolidated still got an impressive performance from Holt Goodwin, who threw for 238 yards and three TDs, and also punched in one score on the ground. A healthy portion of Goodwin's aerial production (108 yards to be exact) went to Cooper Johnson.
