Volleyball Recap: Kofa Comes Up Short

Kofa lost against Dobson back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Kings lost 3-0 to the Mustangs. The Kings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-11, 25-16.

Kiya Sayre paced Kofa's offense, picking up six kills. Sayre got some help from Isabel Desautelle and her eight assists.

Kofa's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Dobson, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-7.

Looking ahead, Kofa will face off against Gilbert at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Dobson, they will square off against Sunnyside at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
