Jackson County Central lost to Hayfield back in April of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Huskies came out on top against the Vikings by a score of 7-4. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Huskies.

Jace Jorgensen was a standout: he went 2-for-4 with three RBI, two doubles, and one stolen base. The team also got some help courtesy of Kash Gilbert, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with two runs and one stolen base.
