River View is 3-0 against Indian Valley since February of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The River View Black Bears will host the Indian Valley Braves at 5:45 p.m. River View is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak.

River View is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Tri-Valley on Wednesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. River View took a blow against Tri-Valley, falling 63-17. The contest marked the Black Bears' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Indian Valley didn't have too much trouble with Conotton Valley last Wednesday as they won 42-26.

Indian Valley's win bumped their record up to 5-7. As for River View, their loss dropped their record down to 5-10.

River View was able to grind out a solid victory over Indian Valley in their previous matchup back in February of 2020, winning 59-48. Will River View repeat their success, or does Indian Valley have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
