Volleyball Recap: Riverdale's Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Four

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Riverdale had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Erie Cardinals. The victory was familiar territory for the Rams, who have now won four matchups in a row.

Kamryn Kruger had an outrageously good game as she had 15 digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last five games she's played.

Kruger wasn't the only good servers: Riverdale was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least eight aces in four consecutive matches.

Riverdale's record is now 23-10-1.

As of now, neither they nor Erie have any future games scheduled.
