Burlingame has gone a perfect 10-0 against Half Moon Bay recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Panthers will welcome the Cougars at 6:00 p.m. The timing is sure in Burlingame's favor as the team sits on four straight wins at home while Half Moon Bay has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road.

On Thursday, Burlingame was able to grind out a solid win over Menlo-Atherton, taking the game 3-1.

The victory didn't come easy: Menlo-Atherton scored at least 20 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-20, 22-25, 28-26.

Meanwhile, Half Moon Bay came up short against Carlmont on Thursday and fell 3-1.

Half Moon Bay started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-18, 25-15, 25-15.

Half Moon Bay's defeat dropped their record down to 13-15. As for Burlingame, their win bumped their record up to 17-13.

Everything went Burlingame's way against Half Moon Bay in their previous meeting on October 2nd, as Burlingame made off with a 3-0 victory. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Cougars have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
