After flying high against Kellogg last Friday, Schoolcraft came back down to earth. The Eagles took a 25-20 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hackett Catholic Prep Fighting Irish on Friday. The Eagles' defeat signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

When it comes to explaining why Schoolcraft lost, don't look at Cooper Howard. Despite the final result, he rushed for 64 yards and one touchdown.

Jackson Herder was a one-man wrecking crew For Hackett Catholic Prep. as he threw for 348 yards and three TDs while completing 78.3% of his passes, and also punched in one score on the ground. Those three passing touchdowns gave Herder a new career-high.
