Basketball Recap: Lincoln Lions vs. Toll Gate Titans
Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 45-40 heartbreaker at the hands of the Toll Gate Titans. The Lions were probably out for revenge after losing 47-46 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Brielle Lambert and Molly Comtois certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Lambert posted 12 points, while Comtois scored 11 points. The dominant performance gave Comtois a new career-high in points.
Toll Gate found their leader in freshman Aria Eddy, who put up 11 points and seven boards. Those 11 points set a new season-high mark for Eddy.
