Football Recap: Eisenhower Knights vs. Reynolds Raiders

Eisenhower was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 26-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Reynolds Raiders. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Knights of the 15-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August.

Gabriel Minjarez was his usual excellent self, rushing for 223 yards and three touchdowns for Reynolds. The dominant performance gave Minjarez a new career-high in rushing yards. Parker Nay got in on the action too, returning a kick for a touchdown.

Eisenhower's record is now 4-7. As for Reynolds, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Eisenhower does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Reynolds, they are taking a road trip to take on Wilmington at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Wilmington has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 139 points over their last three matchups.
