Volleyball Recap: Rock Falls' Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Six

Rock Falls entered their tilt with Orangeville on Saturday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Broncos. For the Rockets, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 win the Broncos walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Kaltrina Lecaj paced Rock Falls' offense, picking up 15 kills. Lecaj got some help from Miley Bickett and her 22 assists. Bickett was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Rock Falls' victory bumped their record up to 19-11. As for Orangeville, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-13.

Coincidentally, Rock Falls and Orangeville will both be playing Stockton the next time they take the court. The Rockets will head out to face the Blackhawks at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Broncos will play them later in the day, at 12:00 p.m.
