Boylan Catholic extended their losing streak to three on Friday, dropping them down to 1-4. They fell 37-28 to the Belvidere Bucs. On the bright side, the 28- point performance marked the Titans' highest-scoring matchup to date.

As for Belvidere, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-3. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 28 points in those games.

It was another big night for Nic Alvarez, who rushed for 187 yards and three TDs while picking up 8.1 yards per carry. Those 187 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Demetrious Taborn was another key player, gaining 111 total yards and a touchdown.
