Softball Recap: Glenmora Takes a Loss

Glenmora was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They fell 6-3 to the Grace Christian Warriors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-0 back in March.

Glenmora saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kaitlyn Verret, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3.

Glenmora's loss dropped their record down to 10-14. As for Grace Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 18 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record this season.

Glenmora will be playing in front of their home fans against Rapides at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Grace Christian, they will head out to take on LaSalle at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
