Soccer Game Preview: Kinkaid vs. Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart

The Kinkaid Falcons are taking a road trip to challenge the Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart Chargers at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Kinkaid is coming into the contest hot, having won their last five games.

Kinkaid's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They blew past St. John's 4-0. The Falcons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by three goals or more this season.

They hit St. John's with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Courtney Whittaker (2), Nina Piazza, and Maddy Billipp.

Meanwhile, Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They lost 4-0 to Episcopal. Considering the last time the Chargers couldn't score was back in November of 2024, the team can't take the result too hard.

Kinkaid pushed their record up to 10-5 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those four contests. As for Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.

Everything went Kinkaid's way against Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart when the teams last played back in January of 2024, as Kinkaid made off with a 3-0 win.
