 The Peyton Panthers had already proven themselves in the regular season, and didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They took down Strasburg 53-38  on Thursday. Peyton's  win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet  this season.
 It was another big night for  AJ Mannering, who  scored 25 points along with five  rebounds and four  steals. That makes it 17 consecutive games in which  she has scored at least a third of Peyton's points.  Emme Ratliff was another key contributor,  scoring seven points along with nine  rebounds and five  blocks.
 Strasburg's loss  came despite strong showings from  Natalie Damron and  Graecy Graf.  Damron  scored eight points along with 12  rebounds, while  Graf  almost  dropped  a double-double on 13 points and nine  rebounds. Damron has been hot recently, having posted ten or more  rebounds the last five times she's  played.
 Peyton's victory bumped their record up to 23-0. As for Strasburg, their loss dropped their record down to 18-7.
 Peyton won't have much time to rest: their next  game is against Yuma at 7:00  p.m.  on March 8th. Peyton is coming into the  game with 18 straight  victories on the road,  so Yuma will have to stop a  team with plenty of momentum. Strasburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
