Soccer Recap: Perquimans Starts Season with Win Against Pasquotank County

Perquimans had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. Their defense stepped up to hand the Pasquotank County Panthers a 9-0 shutout on Monday. It was an even better day for Hayden Dail as he scored five goals for his team.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Perquimans will challenge Currituck County at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Pasquotank County, they will face off against Albemarle School at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
