The StoneBridge Cavaliers will square off against the Greenbrier Christian Academy Gators at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as StoneBridge comes in on three and Greenbrier Christian Academy on six.
Last Thursday, StoneBridge got the win against Denbigh Baptist Christian by a conclusive 33-13. The Cavaliers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 20 points or more this season.

StoneBridge can attribute much of their success to Mikaylah Telfer, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and 14 boards. Telfer has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last seven times she's played. Sarah Busby was another key player, putting up eight points and three steals.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Greenbrier Christian Academy). They strolled past Hampton Christian Academy with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 56-40.
StoneBridge better focus on containing Bayleigh Kaliher and Katelyn Balka as the pair were huge in Greenbrier Christian Academy's win. Kaliher went 10 of 17 en route to 23 points in addition to five assists and three steals, while Balka dropped a double-double with 16 points and 17 rebounds. Balka has become a key player for Greenbrier Christian Academy: the team is 8-1 when she posts at least ten boards, but 2-3 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Livia Smith, who posted six points and four steals.
Greenbrier Christian Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in seven consecutive matchups.
Greenbrier Christian Academy's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-4. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.3 points over those games. As for StoneBridge, their record is now 14-2.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: StoneBridge has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 30.3 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Greenbrier Christian Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging 33.9 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
