Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Snyder). They enjoyed a cozy 54-36 victory over the Sayre Eagles on Tuesday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Cyclones as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Snyder's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-13. As for Sayre, their defeat was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-14.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Snyder will venture away from home to challenge Cordell at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Snyder is facing Cordell at the right time seeing as Cordell is stuck on a 17-game losing streak. Sayre has already played their next contest (against Hollis), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
