Volleyball Recap: Centennial Comes Up Short

Centennial lost against Lincoln back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Chargers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Railsplitters.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-13.

Lauren Tedrick was nothing short of spectacular for Lincoln: she had eight aces, six digs, and three blocks. Those three blocks gave Tedrick a new career-high.

Centennial's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Lincoln, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Centennial will venture away from home to square off against St. Thomas More at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lincoln, they will head out to challenge Rochester at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
