Volleyball Recap: James River Midlothian Takes a Loss

James River Midlothian entered their matchup against Cosby on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Rapids came up short against the Titans, falling 3-0. If the Rapids were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Titans when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

James River Midlothian's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Cosby, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. James River Midlothian will challenge Monacan at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cosby, they will square off against Thomas Dale at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Knights will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Titans surely won't give up without a fight.
