Ignacio was handed a three-set loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Sargent Farmers, sneaking past 3-2. This was payback for the Bobcats, who suffered a 3-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Ignacio was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 22-25, 23-25, 25-18, 15-12.

Alleah Neil paced Ignacio's offense, picking up 14 kills. Neil got some help from Kelly Sirios and her 40 assists. Tarah Baker controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Ignacio has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-4 record this season. As for Sargent, their loss ended an eight-match streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 18-2.

Ignacio does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sargent, they are taking a road trip to take on Limon at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
