Soccer Game Preview: Hamilton vs. Brooks

Hamilton hasn't had much luck against Brooks recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Aggies will challenge the Lions at 5:00 p.m. Hamilton has given up an average of 6.3 goals per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Hamilton fell victim to Danville and their airtight defense last Friday. They lost 7-0 to the Hawks. While losing is never fun, Hamilton can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama soccer rankings (they are ranked 208th, while Danville are ranked 73rd).

Meanwhile, Brooks came up short against Wilson on Tuesday, falling 5-2. That's two games in a row now that Brooks have lost by exactly three goals.

Rian Wood and Kylie Jess scored both of Brooks' goals, bringing their combined season tally to 16 goals.

Hamilton's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Brooks, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-8.

Hamilton might still be hurting after the 5-0 loss they got from Brooks in their previous matchup back in February. Can the Aggies avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
