Softball Game Preview: Newton North Tigers vs. Wachusett Regional Mountaineers

Newton North is 0-3 against Wachusett Regional since April of 2022 but things could change on Saturday. The Tigers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Mountaineers at 10:00 a.m.

Newton North came up short against Hopkinton last Thursday, falling 11-3.

Meanwhile, Wachusett Regional earned a 4-1 win over Doherty Memorial on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mountaineers.

Newton North's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Wachusett Regional, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.
