Franklin County waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. Their defense stepped up to hand the Wesson Cobras a 3-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won seven games by three goals or more so far this season.

Franklin County is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3-1 record this season. As for Wesson, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Bogue Chitto the next time they take the pitch. Franklin County will head out to face Bogue Chitto at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Wesson will head out to face them at 5:30 p.m. on January 16th.
