Softball Recap: Port Clinton Comes Up Short

Port Clinton lost against Huron back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Redskins lost 15-3 to the Tigers. The Redskins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jae Mazur made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored three runs while going 2-for-4.

Port Clinton now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Huron, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Port Clinton will challenge Waite at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Indians will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last. As for Huron, they will square off against Willard at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
