It was a good run, but Centennial unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell just short of the Andover Huskies by a score of 2-1. Having soared to a lofty six goals in the game before, Centennial couldn't push the score so high this time.

Centennial's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Andover, their win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Centennial will face off against Mounds View at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Andover, they will head out to square off against Rogers at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
