Ny Coleman leads Harding to victory over Boardman

Recap: Harding Raiders vs. Boardman Spartans

The Harding Raiders won the last time they faced the Boardman Spartans, and things went their way on Friday too. Harding snuck past Boardman with a 47-41 victory. Given Harding's advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 139th, while Boardman is ranked 441st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Ny Coleman continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeremy Sampson, who scored seven points along with two steals.

Harding has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. As for Boardman, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-9.

Harding will head out on the road to square off against Canfield at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Boardman, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Howland at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
