Baseball Recap: West Marion Beats Perry Central for Their Fourth Straight Victory

West Marion waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Perry Central Bulldogs 15-0. The Trojans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bulldogs, too.

Rylee Gay looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Landon Holman was a standout: he scored two runs while going 3-for-3. West Marion is 2-1 when Holman posts two or more runs, but 3-11 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Brayson Pittman, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.
