Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Cypress Ranch beat Cypress Woods 62-58 on Friday.

Cypress Ranch pushed their record up to 10-8 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.5 points per game. As for Fort Bend Austin, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-5.
