Basketball Recap: Deary Wins Going Away Against Colton

Deary won the last time they faced Colton and things went their way on Tuesday too. Everything went the Deary Mustangs' way against the Colton Wildcats as the Deary Mustangs made off with a 44-18 win. Given the Mustangs' advantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 130th in Idaho, while the Wildcats are ranked 367th in Washington), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Deary now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Colton, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-15.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Deary will venture away from home to face off against Nezperce at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Colton, they will challenge Pomeroy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
