Wauwatosa West won the last time they faced Brown Deer and things went their way on Saturday too. The Trojans came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 2-0. The win was some much needed relief for the Trojans as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Maive McCarthy paced Wauwatosa West's offense, picking up eight kills. McCarthy got some help from Cora Eisenmann and her nine assists. Brynn Jensen controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Wauwatosa West's victory bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Brown Deer, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 11 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-14 record this season.

Coincidentally, Wauwatosa West and Brown Deer will both be playing St. Catherine's the next time they take the court. The Trojans will head out to face the Angels at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, while the Falcons will play them later in the day, at 3:00 p.m.
