Football Game Preview: Del Norte Tigers vs. Ignacio Bobcats + How To Watch

Del Norte is 0-4 against Ignacio since November of 2020 but things could change on Friday. The Tigers will look to defend their home field against the Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. Ignacio took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Del Norte, who comes in off a win.

Del Norte lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Center, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Saturday's matchup. The Tigers took their contest on Saturday with ease, bagging a 40-8 win over the Vikings. The Tigers' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Del Norte didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Morgan Howell and Calvin Quintana. Del Norte received some extra help from Asher Albright, whose fumble return for a touchdown made for one of the most unforgettable moments.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 40 points the game before, Ignacio was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They took a blow against Monte Vista, falling 55-6. The matchup marked the Bobcats' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Ignacio's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Del Norte, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.
