Basketball Recap: Louis E. Dieruff Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bethlehem Christian, Louis E. Dieruff was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They secured a 58-52 W over the Easton Area Rovers. For the Huskies, this counts as revenge for the 49-37 win the Rovers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2024.

Easton Area lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Algee Macon, who posted 14 points. Another player making a difference was Saboor Houser, who earned 12 points.

Louis E. Dieruff now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Easton Area, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Louis E. Dieruff will take on Emmaus in a holiday battle at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Easton Area and Pocono Mountain East will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
