JSerra Catholic extended their postseason success on Wednesday against Palos Verdes. They blew past the Sea Kings 7-1. Winning may never get old, but the Lions sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Liliana Escobar looked comfortable as she tossed 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits.

At the plate, Melia Munoz was incredible, going 1-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. That home run marked the first that she has launched this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Annabel Raftery, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with two doubles and one RBI.

JSerra Catholic kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That's the most hits they've posted since back in March.

JSerra Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 18-13. As for Palos Verdes, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 21-8.

As of now, neither JSerra Catholic nor the Sea Kings have any future games scheduled.
